As the name suggests, Flambient is a shooting method that involves combining both flash and ambient light exposures by using editing software.
This technique was developed by photographers that were not satisfied with the results of HDR photography. HDR is well known for its lack of true color tones, the strong color-casts and the tendency for highlights to be way over-cooked.
